Smart way to strain the loose tea from a disposable cup?
I am opening a new cafe, where i am going to serve fine tea to go, but there is a problem - quality tea comes lose NOT in tea bags, so is there a way to actually make like a disposable tea strainer or tea infuser or any other way of serving loose tea in disposable cups but without the customers getting the Tea Leaves in their mouth?
It sounds like what you need are empty paper tea bags. T-Sac is one brand. They come in packages of 100 or so. I don't know if they come with strings, though.
If the customers are eating (or drinking) in, restaurants in my town serve loose-leaf tea in teapots, but they never provide cups big enough (or enough cups) to pour all the tea out when it's finished steeping so it gets bitter before I'm done. I wish they didn't do that.
